PhD position (100%) in Information Systems: GenAI and Agentic AI for Data Management

Job Responsibilities

• Review the current state of research and practice, analyze challenges in multinational firms as well as emerging technologies and trends.
• Develop innovative concepts, methods, and tools for data management.
• Engage with practitioners within the CC CDQ community to present, discuss and evaluate research findings, ensuring real‑world impact.
• Contribute to the academic field of information systems by publishing articles in top‑tier journals and presenting at prestigious international conferences.
• Support teaching activities, including supervising projects and Master's theses.

Qualifications

• Passion for and demonstrated experience in data and AI , especially in fields such as Generative AI, agentic AI, and data and AI governance.
• Strong interest in exploring challenges and opportunities in multinational firms.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or Management, or a related field.
• Professional experience and/or internships in relevant areas.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Good writing skills and fluency in English.
