In this role you are responsible for guiding new customers through the implementation phase so they become satisfied long-term users of our software. You will support your colleagues working in hospitals and turn them into enthusiastic Kumi fans. Over time you will help ensure consistently high customer satisfaction and expand product use with existing customers. The long-term satisfaction of our hospital customers is the success of you and your team.
