It noticeably relieves staff, helps use resources better, and secures care quality in an increasingly challenging system. # About the roleAs a **(Senior) Project Manager for clinical digitalization projects (all genders)** you will work closely with clinical teams on site at our innovative client hospitals in German-speaking countries. In this role you are responsible for guiding new customers through the implementation phase so they become satisfied long-term customers who use our software for years. You support your colleagues working in the hospital and quickly turn them into enthusiastic Kumi fans. Over time you will contribute to continuously high customer satisfaction and to expanding the product's use at existing customers. The long-term satisfaction of our hospital customers is the success of you and your team. Within Kumi you will quickly take on leadership responsibility for other physicians and medical students and will work hand in hand with the founding team.* You manage implementation projects at our new customers from a clinical perspective and ensure smooth execution within the agreed timeframe.* You continuously optimize the implementation process and contribute to the creation of training and marketing materials.* You accompany the hospital's change to digital working and win over initial skeptics with your strong communication skills.* As a physician you are in close contact with the medical teams of our client hospitals and act as an interface to the commercial side to ensure project success for all stakeholders.* You filter customer requests, identify valuable ideas for product development and balance the requirements of internal and external stakeholders.* Your work drives change every day—both in hospitals and within our company. # What we expect* Deep knowledge of clinical processes from working as a physician in a hospital* Several years of experience in project work, e.g. in the context of digital projects* Previous experience in consulting, IT, user support or change management is a plus* Strong affinity for IT and digital ways of working* A confident manner combined with enthusiasm and strong communication skills* Persistence and the ability to keep the goal in mind even during difficult project phases* Fluent German language skills, written and spoken # You like to work* Independently, structured and highly organized* In a start-up setting with many development and growth opportunities, where you can try new things and set your own accents with an entrepreneurial mindset* Alone, in a team or at the customer's site – depending on what is needed.
