For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for a:

Platform & Application Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the technical operations of our B2B application platform. In this role, you will help ensure stable performance, continuous availability, and reliable operation of application services running in a Kubernetes-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor logs, traffic and resource usage on a daily basis to keep the system running smoothly.
• Review the platform regularly, identify technical debt, and make optimizations such as refactoring or performance adjustments to meet internal IT standards
• Handle sprint planning, triage incoming requests, assign tasks, and work through the backlog using Jira.
• Plan release schedules and support deployment activities together with the operations team.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Maintain the CI/CD pipeline, resolve issues, and ensure consistent, reliable build and deployment processes.
• Help ensure uninterrupted service and avoid downtime.
• Provide regular updates on progress and issues to the team lead
• Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and offer technical guidance when needed.
