PLM & IT Business Applications Specialist

As part of the Cocchi Technologies Group , Reis Robotics is a German manufacturing company specializing in industrial robots and customized system integration solutions for demanding industrial applications worldwide.

We are loooking for a strong and passionate PLM & IT Business Applications Specialist to strengthen our IT department.

The role ensures efficient and stable operation of the Siemens PLM environment while supporting the implementation and standardization of IT processes across the organization. Identify inefficiencies in systems and workflows and proactively propose improvements. Strengthen coordination between IT, business departments, and external IT suppliers, and contribute to reliable IT service operations (1st and 2nd level).

Activities & Accountabilities:

• Manage, support and continuously improve the Siemens PLM system (e.g., Teamcenter);
• Analyze business processes (Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing) and translate requirements into system solutions;
• Contribute to the implementation and documentation of IT processes (ITIL-based where applicable);
• Identify system and process inefficiencies;
• Propose corrective and optimization measures;
• Support 1st and 2nd level IT activities in coordination with internal teams and external suppliers for various IT Applications;
• Act as interface between business users and IT service providers;
• Monitor service levels (SLA) and ensure timely issue resolution;
• Support testing, rollouts, and user training activities;
• Maintain proper system documentation and process documentation;
• Additionally provide day-to-day support for various business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration tools), solving issues pragmatically and ensuring systems run reliably for end users.

Studies: Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

Experience & Skills :

• 3–5 years of experience in IT, preferably in manufacturing environments;
• Experience with PLM solutions (e.g., Teamcenter);
• Experience in IT process implementation and improvement;
• Familiarity with IT service management environments;
• Good English knowledge (written and spoken).
• Understanding of product lifecycle management processes;
• Experience with IT process frameworks (e.g., ITIL);
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify optimization potential;
• Basic understanding of ERP integration (e.g., SAP);

Work on site with 1 day per week of remote working
