Premium Airfreight Coordinator

Job Description

• Assisting with the global expansion of the Time-Critical Airfreight department
• Coordinate and manage premium airfreight shipments from origin to destination, including same-day and next flight-out services
• Booking and execution of daily Premium Airfreight shipments (NFO) from initial enquiry through to completion
• Contact person for customers and business development
• Day-to-day operations in Time-Critical Airfreight
• Representation of the company externally, including at trade fairs and events
• Definition and optimization of existing processes
• Reporting to your Airfreight Team Leader

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and a daily drive to achieve the best
• Completed freight forwarding training, preferably with further qualifications
• Professional experience in the air freight sector, including market and industry knowledge of NFO’s
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to work shifts required
• Good user skills in MS Office and common freight forwarding software
• Willingness to travel
