The Sales Engineer, reporting to the Presales Manager in the Revenue Team, leads technical discovery, designs solutions, manages demos and proofs of concept, and configures the VOISO platform. In this role you will deliver customer training, support go-live phases, assist the sales team, and provide product feedback to improve the solution.
ResponsibilitiesConduct technical discovery sessions to analyze client infrastructure, processes, and requirements.Translate business and technical needs into comprehensive contact center solution designs (call flows, IVR, integrations, reporting).Configure and deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing customer pain points.Scope, plan, and manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate solution fit.Contribute technical sections for proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).Support sales team with technical expertise, competitive insights, and objection handling.Configure VOISO platform (users, queues, routing rules, inbound flows, dialer campaigns).Drive third-party system integrations (CRMs, WFM, SSO, SIP trunks) using APIs and CPaaS platforms.Deliver technical training to customer admins, supervisors, and agents.Provide go-live and hypercare support to ensure smooth adoption.Act as the “voice of the customer” and relay feedback to Product Development.
QualificationsStrong background in presales / solutions engineering within SaaS, VoIP.Solid understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, WebRTC, RTP) and telephony infrastructure.Experience with API integrations and third-party systems (CRM, WFM, SSO).Hands-on skills in platform configuration, call routing, IVR design, and dialer setup.Familiarity with compliance/security requirements (data privacy, GDPR, etc.).Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver impactful demos and training.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, IT).Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex technical objections.Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, training, or go-live support.
