About the role

As Pricing & Sales Performance Manager you are responsible for steering and optimizing Shipcloud’s pricing and commercial performance across Parcel Logistics and Platform Services.
The role ensures profitable, competitive, and scalable pricing structures , protects margins, and supports Sales and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, pricing expertise, and a high level of stakeholder management .

Your profile

  • Experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, or a comparable role
  • Strong understanding of logistics cost structures and carrier pricing models
  • Excellent analytical skills, including margin modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Experience working with BI tools, pricing systems, and complex data sets
  • Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for Sales and Management
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in cross-functional alignment
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and profitability

Key KPIs:

  • Contribution margin per customer, product, and carrier
  • Realized vs. planned margin
  • Win rate, conversion rate, churn, and retention
  • Revenue and margin impact of pricing initiatives

Your mission

  • Develop, govern, and continuously optimize pricing strategies, discount models, and margin thresholds
  • Ensure pricing consistency and compliance across products, customer segments, and volume tiers
  • Perform end-to-end margin analyses by customer, product, and carrier
  • Identify profitability risks and derive corrective pricing or commercial measures
  • Support Sales with pricing analyses, deal scenarios, and win/loss evaluations
  • Monitor sales performance KPIs and funnel effectiveness and derive improvement actions
  • Ensure pricing integrity and detect pricing or margin leakages
  • Assess commercial impact of carrier price changes and new services
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and strategic pricing recommendations
