The Senior Associate role at CEPRES demands aset of skills specific to the Private Market and interpersonal skills to beable to rise in a fast expanding cutting edge FinTech company.

Key responsibilities:

• Be the expert ofPrivate Market industry, CEPRES proprietary private market database and all ourproduct lines and solutions to serve as SME across different activities, e.g.,client demo, product design and requirement definition.
• Understand clientdata and analysis needs, coordinate client investment data collection andhandling, align client expectations. Find solutions for the clients for bothout-of-box analysis and complex customized quantitative and/or qualitativeanalysis.
• Manage internalstakeholders across different functions to help onboard client data andanalysis activities successfully onto the CEPRES platform.
• Strengthen clientengagement by maintaining regular contact with clients and building a trustedrelationship. Work with the relevant internal and external stakeholders on theestablishment and implementation of frameworks for both operational and ad-hocdeliverables to ensure client satisfaction aligned with the service levelagreement.
• Manage andmotivate a team of analysts across multiple locations on the progress ofassigned projects. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback toteam members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Monitor andenhance the efficiency of the currently set operational frameworks. Thinkcritically and innovatively about automation possibilities with qualityguarantees.
  

Requirements

• Minimum5 years of experience in Corporate Finance or Fin tech related industries,preferably in a client-facing role. Background from Private Market Investments/Investment Banking FinTechis aplus.
  
• Experiencein Private Market and related data, modeling and other analysis is a strong plus.
  
• Strong know-hows in financial data handling in Excel.
  
• Experiencein Private Market Software Solutions is a strong plus.
  
• Experiencein managing a team and mentor a group of analysts as well as the ability to beable to work with big data using applicable tools
  
• Strongcommunication and presentation skills, both to external clients and to internalleadership.
  
• Strong Project Management skills to coordinate and ensuresuccessful progress, clear timeline and appropriate escalation.
  
• Strongstakeholder management skills and comfort in working with C-level counterparties.
  
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus.
  
• Bachelorin Corporate Finance related fields preferred.
