Senior Investment Associate | Private Equity

H&P Executive Search has partnered with a global private equity firm with offices across Europe and the US to hire a Senior Associate to support their growing European investment team.

This is a chance to join partners with Large-cap pedigree but focus on their dynamic mid‑market strategy, with full deal lifecycle exposure and direct access to key decision makers.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you’ll be part of lean deal teams, working on fast-paced investments across Industrials, Business Services, Technology, and Healthcare.

The firm focuses on European mid‑market companies, typically writing €30–200m equity tickets with an active, operationally hands‑on ownership approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities across Europe
• Lead financial modelling, valuation, and core due diligence workstreams
• Coordinate advisors and engage directly with target company management teams
• Support portfolio value creation initiatives alongside management
• Contribute to exits, recapitalisations, and bolt‑on acquisitions

What You Bring

• 4–6 years’ total experience, including at least 2 years in Private Equity
• Strong financial modelling skills and commercial judgment
• A curious, humble, analytical, and execution‑focused mindset
• Fluent English and German language skills are a must
