Responsibilities

• Welcoming and caring for our guests, ensuring they feel relaxed and well looked after throughout the flight
• Applying safety regulations with confidence and professionalism, keeping passenger well‑being at the heart of everything you do
• Serving beverages and meals with style and attention to detail
• Handling cabin preparation before departure and post‑flight servicing to ensure every journey begins and ends flawlessly
• Organizing onboard workflows efficiently while staying flexible to the unique needs of each flight

Qualifications

• Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (preferred) or willingness to learn
• A charming, friendly, and sociable nature – you genuinely enjoy working with people
• A strong service mindset paired with discretion and impeccable manners
• Good language skills in German and English (additional languages welcome)
• At least 18 years of age, with a valid EU passport and work permit
• Ability to reach Ingolstadt within one hour when on standby duty
• A valid Class B driver's licence
