We are currently looking for a EPC Sourcing Manager – Renewables (all genders) to join our EPC Management & Sourcing team in Central Europe and support us for our Business in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Browse the market to obtain rates from suppliers/subcontractors for the Project cost estimates
• Manage/support management with the suppliers/subcontractors procurement processes for the German market, including Prequalification, RFP/RFQ, and/or contract negotiation
• Conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements
• Be in charge of operating purchasing activities, preparing the internal approvals requests and POs (Purchasing Orders)
• Insert the contracts and POs in the company’s internal Digital Management System (DMS)
• Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, MBA or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in PV modules, Power Transformers, BESS systems or subcontractors for Wind farms is a strong plus.
