Your Role:

• Evaluate the global supplier network to assess scalability, cost-efficiency, delivery reliability, resilience, and sustainability to support MED's growth strategy.
• Work with suppliers to improve processes and achieve development targets aligned with Category Management.
• Analyze suppliers' processes and KPIs to derive measures supporting process improvements, organization enhancement, risk management optimization etc.
