Product Manager – Customer Journey (Heat Pumps) – Berlin – €85,000

This company operates in the renewable energy sector and is scaling its heat pump installation business across Germany.

As demand increases, they are looking to introduce a dedicated Product Manager to take ownership of the full customer journey and improve how the service is delivered end-to-end.

This is a newly defined role where product is not yet fully established. The focus is on bringing structure, identifying friction, and driving measurable improvements across the entire customer experience.

• Working closely with stakeholders across sales, operations, customer service, and tech

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Product Management with clear ownership of outcomes (not just coordination)
• Strong focus on customer experience and real‑world impact
• Experience working in dynamic environments (startup, scale‑up, or similar)
• Fluent German (required)
