Product Manager – Hardware (m/f/d)

We are hiring a Product Manager who will join our Hardware team in Munich (Freiham). This role has a focus on product compliance — while also taking on other product management responsibilities.

We are intentionally open on seniority. This could be the next step after your first experience in product management / hardware development / regulatory compliance — or the role where you grow into all of this.

Aufgaben

• Research and understand markets, users, and competitors to inform product decisions.
• Define product requirements in close collaboration with engineering.
• Lead and coordinate product compliance topics for our hardware portfolio (certifications, documentation, standards, legal requirements).
• Help us to continuously improve product quality and sustainability.
• Act as a point of contact for product information and compliance-related requests from customers, partners, and authorities.

Profil

• Master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business & engineering, or similar — but other paths are also welcome.
• Analytical mindset and an eye for detail.
• Genuine interest in hardware products.
• First exposure to product management or compliance is nice to have, not mandatory.
• Ability to read and digest technical and legal language.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written + spoken).
• Team-oriented, reliable, pragmatic work style
