Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Driver to serve as a liaison between our Business and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of products and the technical expertise to guide IT in implementing solutions. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong agile experience and be capable of providing agile coaching to the teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaison Between Business and IT : Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and requirements.
• Product Understanding : Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, functionalities, and technical requirements.
• Implementation Guidance : Work closely with cross domain platform teams to ensure successful implementation of product features and enhancements.
• Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, develop HLSD (High Level Solution Design)
• Agile Coaching : Provide agile coaching and mentorship to teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices.
• Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary changes.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Proven experience as a liaison between business and IT teams.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in agile coaching.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
