We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

About the Role

• This is a full-time hybrid position (39 hours/week) based in Barcelona, offering a competitive salary €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 gross/year bonus.

In this role you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and developing high-performing PPC campaigns. You will also make outbound customer calls to promote advertising solutions and understand client objectives to deliver tailored strategies.

You will set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability while driving account growth through upselling. Additionally, you will manage daily interactions with potential clients via phone calls using CRM systems effectively.
The successful candidate should possess fluency in German (C2 level) as well as English proficiency.
