As a Service Implementation Manager, you will lead global service implementation projects to establish sustainable support organisations and improve processes across the global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead global service‑implementation projects for establishing a sustainable support organisation across multiple projects.
• Plan and conduct assessments and subsequent training of service and support organisations in a global context, in cooperation with specialist disciplines to determine current status.
• Plan and conduct audits of support staff globally to ensure quality and identify continuous improvement measures.
• Establish support processes and identify improvement potentials using best practices from the global support organisation to optimise processes and enhance quality.
• Act as technical contact within a global service‑implementation network to ensure continuous process improvement and knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical support for internal stakeholders regarding the construction of generic support‑service processes during customer project execution.
• Interface closely with global service governance, global service hubs and service project managers.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• First work experience in Service Management, Support Services and/or Project Management preferred.
• Experience in training and developing employees preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• High degree of teamwork, strong analytical skills, problem‑solving competence and a pronounced customer‑ and service‑orientation.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required by project needs.
