Prog Manager – Sustainable Packaging – FTC, Sustainable Packaging Europe

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable frameworks for evaluating new packaging suppliers and materials.
• Lead the end-to-end management of sustainable packaging initiatives across EU Fulfillment Centers.
• Create and maintain standardized processes for document collection, specification management, and supplier qualification.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure packaging projects are completed on time.
• Drive operational excellence in sustainable packaging programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
• Track and report on program metrics, including sustainability impacts and operational efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links.
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-driven environment with cross-functional interactions.
• Experience in process improvement and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Experience with MS Access and SQL.
• Experience in gathering requirements and creating clear, detailed requirement documents.
