Job Summary
Test Manager Role to specifically drive the overall strategy, approach and execution for Performance and Regression Testing for S/4 Implementation and Rollout program. This role includes a travel requirement of 3 days fortnightly to Basel.
Responsibilities
- Defining the overall Regression Test Strategy/Approach for S/4 implementation & rollout program and its execution by working with various stakeholders across the globe.
- Defining the Performance Test Approach, driving scope conversation, planning, execution & Reporting
- Continuous Retrospective and refinement based on the approach.
- Test Data Management across S/4, eWM and Partner system for E2E Regression Testing including the Partner System.
- Overall Test Scope Management, Test Methodology Alignment, and guiding Business/Deployment UAT testers.
- Track and Manage overall System Readiness, Test Readiness, Data availability, and drive entry/exit criteria.
- Planning and Execution of Regression and Performance impact associated with SAP Upgrades, Add-ons, data refreshes, Release changes etc.
- Creating the overall Test Approach, Plan, and Test Reports.
- Daily and Weekly Progress reporting during planning and execution phase.
- Defect Management & Coordination and ensure any roadblocks are resolved
- Ensure the testing teams adhere to the Testing processes & methodology
- Retrospective assessment and continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Test Manager with at least 12+ years’ experience in SAP Implementation projects (Must have).
- Extensive experience with SAP Solution Manager (Must Have) and any other Test Management Tool like HPALM.
- Experience delivering large scale complex testing programs along with providing guidance at functional level.
- Experience in leading cross functional teams across geographies
- Understands the Operations involved in Testing during the Testing phase.
- Understands the various testing phases in IT and in Pharma industry.
- Experience with Role Based Authorization testing approaches for UT/SIT/Regression and UAT.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Experience with the Test Automation concepts with any test automation tool.
- Experience with the Performance testing concepts with any Performance Testing Tool.
- Experience working in the SAFE Agile setup
- German language skills are preferred.
