Lead pre‑clinical vaccine development projects from idea to proof‑of‑concept, focusing on innovative solutions for viral diseases in animals.
Turn scientific discoveries into practical results that support vaccine and analytical development.
Manage early‑stage development activities, including concept evaluation, method development and validation, technology transfer, and lab services.
Guide and support a skilled lab team, promoting growth, collaboration, and a proactive mindset.
Plan and oversee project timelines and resources, ensuring goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Build strong partnerships across internal teams, global stakeholders, and external research and industry collaborators.

PhD in Veterinary Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in research and development.
Strong background in veterinary virology, particularly molecular virology. Experience in vaccine development, virus detection, or genomics is considered an asset.
3‑5 years of experience in leading research projects and teams, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
Ability to work across scientific disciplines, with solid problem‑solving skills, creativity, and a collaborative approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to scientific excellence and teamwork.
