Job Description

You will develop holistic renewable energy solutions – with a technology-neutral and manufacturer-independent approach. You’ll compare and evaluate various energy supply options from technical, economic, and ecological perspectives, prepare decision‑making bases, and support their implementation.

Position type: Full‑time (40 hours per week)

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Task Description

Your Field Of Activity Includes

• Demand and potential analysis
• Optimization of system efficiency, e.g., through industrial heat recovery
• Integrated energy generation, e.g., based on heat pumps, biomass plants, high‑efficiency CHP (or CHPC) systems, geothermal energy, etc.
• Energy distribution through connected heating networks
• Energy storage systems (electricity/heat/gas) to decouple energy generation and consumption over time

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (Dipl.-Ing. / Bachelor / Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable field
• Relevant experience and solid knowledge in developing and implementing renewable energy projects
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Independent and structured working style, versatility, enthusiasm for innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and a passion for the energy transition
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
