What you’ll be doing

• Delivering solar PV projects from planning through commissioning
• Managing rooftop installations (logistics centers, industrial roofs, farms) and ground-mounted systems
• Coordinating electricians, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Overseeing technical aspects including AC/DC systems, inverters, transformer stations, and BESS
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget
• Attending site visits when required

What they’re looking for

• Strong background in C&I and/or utility-scale solar
• Residential-only experience won’t be enough on its own
• Solid technical understanding of PV systems and battery storage
• Confident communicator on‑site and with contractors
• Electrical engineering background is a big plus
• German C1+ required

Package

€80,000 base salary (flexible for strong candidates)
