Standort : Augsburg oder Frankfurt am Main

Jobtyp : Unbefristeter Vertrag

Arbeitsmodus : Hybrid 2-3 Tage/Woche im Büro

Als (Senior) Projekt Manager (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die End-to-End-Steuerung von komplexen Transformationsprojekten (hybrid/agil/klassisch). Dabei leiten Sie die Teams bei der Migration in die Cloud, der Ablösung von Legacy-Lösungen und der Implementierung moderner IT-Servicemodelle.

Responsibilities

• In der Position des Projekt Manager (m/w/d) planen und steuern Sie anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte mit hybriden Methoden (agil und Wasserfall) und gewährleisten deren Erfolg.
• Sie tragen die umfassende Verantwortung für den gesamten Projektzyklus (Scope, Time, Budget, Risks) und sind der zentrale Kommunikator für unsere Kunden.
• Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die strategische Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team, wobei Sie stets die Standards und Security-Richtlinien im Blick haben.
• Sie orchestrieren die Zusammenarbeit aller Projektbeteiligten (intern und extern), führen Ihr Projektteam und entwickeln es weiter.
• Ein gut geplantes Testmanagement ermöglicht Ihnen und dem Team eine effektive und effiziente Qualitätssicherung.
• Zudem unterstützen Sie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Digitalisierungsstrategie und die Optimierung der internen Prozesse.

Ihre Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen

• Leidenschaft für Projektmanagement und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Fünf bis zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager oder Product Owner für Softwareprojekte
• Führung von Projektteams mit 5 bis 15 Mitarbeitern in internationalen Projekten bis 1.000 Personentagen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Risiko- und Changemanagement in Softwareprojekten
• Umfassende Erfahrung im Qualitäts- und Testmanagement von IT-Projekten
• Sehr sichere Kommunikation mit Kunden und Entscheidern
• Lösungsorientiertes und systematisches Vorgehen in kritischen Projektsituationen
• Ideal sind Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP und GPM) und in agilen Methoden
• Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1+)
