As a new role for the country, due to increasing levels of work, the Project Manager will be pivotal in advancing our growth and launching and shaping new business and projects, both across Germany and internationally. You will be responsible for collaborating with key institutions across Germany to pursue new business and work on projects, solutions and other key strategic initiatives.
This role will oversee and implement reintegration projects across Germany and have a focus on Africa.
Success in the Project Manager role will depend on great communication, including networking skills to maximise opportunities. Adaptability is vital, enabling you to respond swiftly to changing circumstances and new challenges. You will be motivated by a commitment to excellence and approach tasks with excellent project management skills, creativity and initiative. Your professionalism, discretion, and results‑driven mindset will help uphold the organisation’s high standards as you collaborate with various teams, leaders, and partners to achieve successful project outcomes.
