Project Manager Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Coordinating internal project management; ensuring technical, high-quality and timely execution of new construction and existing floating facilities, and for expanding the infrastructure.
• Obtaining and managing all relevant documents for approvals; processing funding applications.
• Interfacing with external planners, project managers, specialist departments, shipyards and suppliers; maintaining contact with authorities.
• Participation in concept meetings, project planning meetings and construction meetings.
• Documentation of construction phases, monitoring of deadlines and schedules, maintenance of the project management platform (Smartsheet).
• Responsible for project approvals.

You Bring Along

• Successfully completed degree or training in the technical or business administration field.
• Professional experience in project management.
• You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
• Confident knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Efficient time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Rhine, Main, Moselle and Danube rivers.
