Project Manager Innovation (m/f/d)

Profil

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Microbiology or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager of innovation projects using a stage-gate process
• Knowledge and experience in running and developing PCR, RT-PCR, ELISA and lateral flow tests preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project / Project Online or similar a web application
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages (Spanish, French) preferred
• Must be able to efficiently lead interdisciplinary and international teams in a dynamic project environment, adapting with agility and guiding through ambiguity
• Occasional international travel is required

Aufgaben

• Management of projects from conception, development work, verification, manufacturing, validation and ultimately product commercialization, in accordance with Hygiena's Product Commercialization Process (PCP).
• Leads multi-national / cross-functional teams by conducting regular project core team meetings.
• Tracks and reports performance to project plans and budgets. This includes project risk tracking, management and reporting.
• Represents the projects and the project core teams in front of the Project Approval Committee (PAC) and the Leadership Team (LST). Prepares and presents comprehensive project reviews and status reports. This includes the presentation of the project at stage gate reviews to the management.
• Assists in the continuous improvement to our project management and product development processes. This includes conducting virtual and in-person training sessions on Product Commercialization for Hygiena staff.
• Handles various other duties as delegated by the Director of Global Program Management.
