Project Manager (m/f/d) for PDMS implementation in full-time

Who we are searching for?

Together with you, we want to inspire our customers with our innovative PDMS solutions. You are responsible for the convincing introduction of our products on the wards of the hospitals. Control, performance measurement, monitoring, documentation and open communication – you know your way around and know what is important for successful project implementation. You lead your competent and motivated team and from the planning to the successful go-live, the project processes bear your signature.

What you’ll do?

• You are in charge of preparing the offer.
• You independently plan and manage the projects from the offer phase to project completion.
• You are the single point of contact, both internally and externally, and your communication skills are crucial to the success of the project.
• You control and document the projects during the course of the project and also after their completion.
• In addition to leading workshops for the coordination of desired parameterisations of the system, you are also responsible for their planning and organisation.
• You plan, organise and control the commissioning (real start-up support).

We are looking for these requirements:

• You have a degree (e.g. in the field of medicine, natural sciences or business administration) or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in a comparable position.
• An understanding of contractual and business contexts.
• Have assertiveness, negotiating skills and a confident manner.
• You attach importance to transparent work.
• You are business fluent in German and have a very good command of English.
