As a

Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 , you will lead complex transformation programmes, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget.

This is a consulting-oriented role within enterprise Dynamics 365 environments, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and structured governance oversight.

Your Responsibilities • Plan, manage and successfully deliver Dynamics 365 projects within scope, time and budget • Define project goals, deliverables and success criteria with stakeholders • Create detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation and budgeting • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams • Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies • Communicate project updates and results to senior stakeholders and management • Ensure compliance with governance standards and quality frameworks • Manage vendor and external partner relationships where required • Conduct project closure reviews and derive lessons learned

Your Profile • Degree in Business, Management, IT or a comparable field • 5–10 years of project management experience across industries • Strong understanding of agile methodologies • Experience using Jira and Azure DevOps • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Foundational understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and typical project challenges in this ecosystem • Fluent German and strong English

Nice to Have • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or agile qualifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner) • Experience delivering international or cross-border projects
