Project Manager PMO (gn) full-time / part-time (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, strategically important projects across the entire DKV Group.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and coach project managers within the departments.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects in accordance with project management standards and the DKV project methodology.
• Gather and evaluate lessons learned from completed projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or a related field and completed relevant training and certifications.
• Several years of experience as a project manager leading complex projects within an international company.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of time, scope, and budget.
• Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and agile project management (experience managing software development teams is a plus).
• Systematically capture business requirements and break them down into logical, manageable activities.
• Understanding of value and cost drivers within a company, identifying opportunities to increase profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of hierarchy and with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

This position can be full‑time or part‑time (min. 30 h/week). The flexibility you need may be discussed during the application process.
