About the Role As Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing a commercial portfolio of healthcare properties across Germany. You ensure smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and long-term value preservation of the assets. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and tenants, you’ll contribute to the success of our healthcare real estate platform. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction Collaborate with the leasing team to support tenant retention and develop leasing strategies Select, manage, and negotiate with contractors and vendors to ensure cost-effective, quality service delivery Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, including healthcare-specific standards (HIPAA, OSHA) Develop and control property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports Identify property risks and implement mitigation strategies Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation Provide regular updates and reports to leadership with performance insights and recommendations Qualifications Degree in Real Estate Management or a related field Several years of experience managing commercial properties, ideally in the healthcare sector Strong financial acumen and experience managing property budgets and financial reporting Excellent communication skills in German, English skills are a plus Proficient with property management and accounting software, and MS Office Preferred Skills Solid understanding of maintenance, repair, and healthcare property operations Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks Service-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills Contract negotiation experience and vendor management expertise Proactive, hands-on mentality with resilience and problem-solving skills Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
