This role supports the complete supply chain quality process from new product introduction through production and warranty.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Supplier Quality Management : Supporting supplier PPAP preparation, tracking submission status, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Incoming Part Inspection : Assisting with inspection, first-pass yield tracking, and implementing corrective actions to prevent defects.
• Warranty Analysis : Summarizing warranty data for internal team reviews, identifying trends, and developing strategies to minimize costs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a technical field, along with 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality. This hands-on role offers cross-functional work experience in supplier management, production readiness, and real-time problem-solving within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
