Job Description

For our production site in Meerane, we are looking for a Quality Engineer Q-Systems (m/w/d) to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory standards and requirements
Ensuring and maintaining automotive standards, requirements, and norms
Creating, maintaining, and monitoring the audit program
Defining, initiating, monitoring, and verifying corrective actions
Preparing, monitoring, and conducting internal and external audits (system and process audits)
Maintaining the document management system (BOS)
Enforcing central guidelines regarding the quality management system
Supporting and monitoring the process landscape
Creating, updating, and overseeing new and existing documents
Developing and conducting training sessions
Applying automotive-specific quality methods
Supporting plant management in the annual creation of the quality management review

Requirements:

Degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification with additional expertise in quality management
Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry
Qualification as VDA QMC 6.3 auditor or similar expertise, and as a system auditor (1st and 2nd party) according to IATF 16949 is desirable
Strong knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard, VDA volumes, and automotive standards including TLD requirements for safety-critical processes
Fluent English skills
Meticulous, structured work approach, high motivation
Independent working style and good organizational skills
