We are looking for a Quality Manager to be the driving force behind quality, certification, and trust – building the framework that enables our next growth stage.

How you will make an impact

• Build, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001.
• Quality Assurance of Produced Products & Prototypes along the value stream.
• Take ownership of audit readiness and lead both internal and external certification processes.
• Drive supplier quality management through audits, assessments, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full documentation, traceability, and compliance with defence and aerospace standards.
• Act as our company’s voice of quality, shaping processes and standards across the organisation.

What you need to be successful

• Degree in engineering, quality management, or comparable technical field.
• Solid work experience in quality assurance & management, ideally in aerospace, defence, robotics or high-tech. (4 years plus)
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with EN 9100 is an advantage.
• Skills in audits and quality tools (FMEA, root cause analysis, etc.).
• Structured, proactive, and confident in taking responsibility and making an impact.
• German C1 combined with solid English skills.
