In this role you are a key figure for quality assurance and the further development of our AI-supported support processes. You will analyze AI-generated answers, develop training concepts and support new colleagues as a coach. With your focus on confident use of modern AI tools, you will directly help our Product Support team deliver excellent service to our users while making the most of the technology’s possibilities.**Full-time** # Your tasks* Analyze AI-generated responses and support interactions and derive concrete optimization measures* Onboard new colleagues in Product Support and support them as a coach with a focus on confident use of AI-powered tools* Develop and implement training concepts for our products and for using AI tools in customer support (e.g., documented dialogues, FAQs, common support requests)* Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential and implement improvements that increase customer satisfaction and simplify daily workflows* Work closely with Product Support Managers as well as product and tech teams # Your profile*If you strongly believe you have what it takes for this position, we encourage you to apply.
