Job Description

Design, develop and validate radar sensor algorithm features, such as:

• Radar Signal Processing / Sensor Array Processing
• Environmental Modelling
• Object Tracking and Classification
• Multi‑Sensor Fusion

• Perform requirements analysis and translate them into optimal implementations
• Develop sensing algorithms to meet product requirements
• Analyze issues, find root causes and fix bugs in a creative way to optimize the performance of our algorithms
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to provide insight and inspire future development to improve our product
• Collaborate effectively with multiple engineering teams, both internal and external, to determine requirements, architecture and test methods to ensure on-time achievement of project objectives

Qualifications

• M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or other related engineering field
• Professional knowledge in at least one of the following fields: Digital signal processing, Tracking algorithm, Association algorithm, Classification algorithm, etc.
• Proficient in statistic concepts and mathematical modeling (Linear Regression, Statistical Distributions, Bayesian Techniques, etc…)
• Proficient in C/C++, Python or Matlab programming
• Professional English knowledge, speaking and writing
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills as well as customer‑and quality orientation
