R&D Engineer, Biocompatibility (m/f/d)
Drive bio-compatibility activities across projects by providing expert assessments, guidance, and actionable recommendations
Lead and coordinate biocompatibility strategies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements
Develop, implement, and continuously improve systems, procedures, and protocols related to biocompatibility
Plan, execute, or coordinate testing programs and scientific justifications to demonstrate product conformity
Act as a key interface between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on biocompatibility topics
Master's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in (applied) Natural Science, Toxicology or similar; experience with evaluation of biocompatibility of medical devices or comparable field in pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred
Strong analytical thinking and sound, objective judgment combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven project management experience and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments while managing priorities in a structured and efficient manner
Professional communication style with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
Annual gross salary from € 58,941.41, based on professional qualification and experience.
