Job Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and evaluation of real estate investments and projects
• Creation of market and location analyses to support investment decisions
• Conducting economic calculations and risk assessments
• Creation of financial models and investment plans
• Closely working with internal teams as well as external consultants and partners
• Presenting analyses and recommendations to management

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of real estate economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in real estate valuation or the investment sector
• Very good German and English language skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and real estate analysis tools
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
