Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager Type: Independent contractor Compensation: $60–$80/hour Location: Remote Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 30–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Create deliverables addressing common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management domain.Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research.Diagnose and solve real issues in your domain to advance machine learning systems.Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting-edge AI research.Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and infrastructure. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years professional experience in Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management.Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
