Focus of the team

The team combines the further development and digitization of HR processes within Allianz in Germany with the implementation of strategic projects and group initiatives.

This Includes In Particular

  • Planning, managing, and implementing projects efficiently and successfully
  • Sustainably improving the efficiency and quality of HR processes
  • Ensuring uniform standards and cross‑divisional synergies
  • Strategically aligning all measures with the goals of the Allianz Group

How can you make an impact?

  • Process analysis and optimization analysis of existing HR processes and identification of potential for improvement in close coordination with the OEs
  • Conducting workshops: Design and management of workshops for the introduction of new processes
  • Regulatory requirements: Coordination and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for the HR organization
  • Active participation in and management of projects: Coordination and joint designing with internal stakeholders, including employee representatives
  • Stakeholder management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders within the Allianz in Germany and AZSE
  • Strategic personnel planning: Development of models for workforce growth and preparation for top management

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed (STEM) degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, human resources management, social sciences, psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in process (re)design and, ideally, initial knowledge of systemic process optimisation
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills for developing innovative solutions
  • High willingness to question the status quo and drive change
  • Strong assertiveness and the ability to drive change with perseverance and diplomatic skill—even in complex, politically challenging environments
  • Affinity for AI, interest in and understanding of artificial intelligence
  • Business fluent written and spoken German and English
  • High affinity for numbers, analysis and processing of data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital/tech is a plus
