Your responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close major business opportunities with airports, aviation authorities, and key industry partners.
• Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with senior level stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Lead complex, high‑value negotiations and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with marketing, sales, and R&D to deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Provide valuable market insights and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
• Represent TKH Airport Solutions at major industry events and trade shows, showcasing our cutting‑edge technology.
• Champion customer satisfaction and long‑term success, because our partnerships don’t end at the sale.
• Travel across North America to connect, negotiate and lead from the front.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, within the aviation, infrastructure or technology industries.
• Proven record of achieving targets and driving market growth.
• Skilled at consultative selling and strategic relationship building.
• Excellent communicator and negotiator with executive‑level presence.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to getting results.
• Solid understanding of airport operations and airfield lighting technology.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• French language is a plus, but not required.
