Using your experience in hydrographic software and sales, you will continue to develop a forward‑looking sales strategy that blends current strategy with future state structure. You will have direct responsibility for sales in parts of Europe and will consolidate an accurate weekly forecast and pipeline report broken down by major customers. You will increase our sales of software licenses, subscriptions, and consulting projects.
What you'll do
- Achieve or exceed direct and channel sales targets for your region.
- Work directly with the Caris sales team and European customers to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain and present an accurate forecast and pipeline by region on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Implement a direct and indirect channel program and structure, ensuring program standardization, including distribution to reseller model, channel margins, and KPIs.
- Act as a key stakeholder in building and executing a long‑term regional go‑to‑market strategy alongside regional sales managers and e‑commerce leaders.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to implement campaigns and programs that maximize pipeline creation and drive deal conversions.
- Identify and improve the process, efficiency, and productivity of the global go‑to‑market team.
- Work with customer success leadership to provide proper customer success support for customers and regional partners, and a KPI‑based program for ensuring customers receive support during different lifecycle phases.
- Ensure partner contracts are aligned with Teledyne’s business goals while creating a successful outcome for the partner.
- Collaborate with key functions—product management, finance, and marketing—to drive commercial efforts on key business initiatives that produce a consistent revenue stream for the entire CARIS portfolio.
- Actively promote CARIS solutions through regular visits to end users, demos, presentations to end‑users, government agencies, service providers, integrators, distributors, and attendance at tradeshows, seminars, and webinars.
- Travel to visit customers/partners and attend events is an essential part of the job; it is expected that the role involves traveling 50% of the time.
