Team and Location

Your team will include Relationship Executives and Analysts based in Canberra and the Sapphire Coast . We manage diversified clients and deliver full Business & Commercial Banking solutions.

The segment includes businesses that can have business needs including cash flow, capital, transaction banking, risk management, and deposit solutions .

Do Work That Matters

You’ll manage an existing portfolio of established clients while driving new client acquisition.

You’ll provide tailored solutions for diversified business clients with complex banking needs—understanding their goals and supporting them to realise new opportunities.

More Specifically, You Will:

• Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through exceptional service.
• Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new‑to‑bank opportunities.
• Gain an in‑depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
• Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.
• Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

We Want to Hear From You If You Have:

• Experience in successfully building and managing a Business Banking portfolio—or strong retail banking experience with lending exposure and a desire to step up.
• Expertise in business/commercial lending.
• A deep understanding of banking products and services.
• Strong financial analysis and credit skills, with a solid grasp of financial documents and underlying cash‑flow drivers.
• A genuine passion for customer service and business development.
• Experience in the diversified sector (highly advantageous).
