We're expanding our Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning services across the UK. We're hiring a Remote Sales Advisor to engage clients remotely and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

The Role:
You'll manage inbound and warm leads, present cleaning solutions, and ensure clients are satisfied throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings.

  • Recommend cleaning services tailored to customer requirements.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth booking handovers.

What We Offer:

  • R8,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in phone-based or direct sales with consistent results.

  • Clear and professional English communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Resilient under pressure; able to handle objections professionally.

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency.

  • CRM experience for managing leads.

  • Skilled negotiator and effective problem-solver.
