5+ years of B2B sales experience in Web3 or financial services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of blockchain, tokenization, or digital assets is a major plus
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Self-driven, strategic thinker, and a team player
Fluent in English and German; Further Language is a plus
Identify and engage institutional clients interested in tokenized securities and digital assets
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
Present the platform’s value proposition
Negotiate contracts and close deals in collaboration with legal and compliance teams
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
