For our client in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Reporting Specialist (Asset Management) (m/w/d) . This role is ideal for mid-level professionals looking to gain hands‑on experience in fund reporting and client services.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Reporting Specialist to join their international reporting team. The team is responsible for producing investment and fund‑related reports for internal and external stakeholders, supporting performance monitoring, exposure analysis, and transparency on investment activities.

Reports are produced on a daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis and are delivered to stakeholders across different seniority levels, including senior management.

Your Tasks

• Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc investment and fund reports using internal data sources
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by cross‑checking multiple sources and validating automated outputs
• Request and follow up on missing or delayed data from partner teams
• Deliver reports on time while managing multiple reporting deadlines
• Support internal and external stakeholders with questions regarding reports and data interpretation
• Contribute to maintaining reliable and efficient reporting processes

Your Skills

• Experience in reporting within asset management or financial services
• Understanding of financial instruments such as fixed income, futures, swaps, and options
• Strong skills in Power BI (or similar reporting tools)
• Very good Excel skills
• Experience with Business Objects and Jira is a plus
• Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher)
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Service‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills

• International team of 13 colleagues across Frankfurt, London, and Paris
• Collaborative environment with regular interaction across locations

Work Model

• Higher on‑site presence expected during onboarding
• Typical setup: 4 days on‑site / 1 day remote, later 3 days on‑site / 2 days remote
