Responsibilities

Within a third‑party funded research project the TU Berlin will novel lasers and glass encapsulations for laser modules. Efficient assemblies are developed and glass for the packages is laser-structured and laser‑welded.

The work at TU Berlin focusses in particular on efficient assembly. In addition, glass for the packages is laser-structured and laser-welded.
