AIRNA Bio Germany GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Research Associate (f/m/d) – Assay Development in target and validation

Full time – maternity cover, 1‑year‑fixed‑term

JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute experiments with standard cell lines, primary cells and in vivo samples
Use molecular and cell biology methods (e.g., ELISA, nucleic acid isolation, protein assays)
Present and discuss data to team members
Precise documentation of results

QUALIFICATIONS

Completed training as a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biology or related subject, or comparable qualification; 1‑2 years industrial experience is preferred
Expertise in molecular biology methods (e.g., ELISA, DNA and RNA isolation, PCR, gel electrophoresis, fluorescence measurements, etc.)
Routine hands‑on experience in cultivation of standard cell lines, primary cells and samples from animal models
Experience with semi‑automated systems (e.g., Integra Viaflo system, Cytena plate washer, etc.) is a plus
Highly organized, reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Team player with excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; German is a plus
