As an Operations Manager on the Varga Mountain Collective, one of WNC’s top producing real estate teams, you will provide a administrative and operational support to the Principal Broker. You will be tasked with maintaining administrative tasks and managing end-to-end real estate business operations. You are highly organized, reliable, and systems oriented. You are personable, have impeccable follow-through, and exceptional communication skills. This position is vital support for the team with unlimited growth potential and mentorship opportunity.
The Employee shall be responsible for overseeing and implementing operational systems, lead pipeline tracking and followup, marketing coordination, transaction management, listing management, administrative support, and high level customer service as outlined below:
