This role is based in Germany and sits at the heart of our global GTM and RevOps organization , supporting teams across regions, especially the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end‑to‑end RevOps processes , ensuring seamless data flow across the sales and GTM funnel.
• Maintain and evolve the Salesforce architecture , ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
• Build and optimize automated workflows using APIs and LLMs to scale GTM operations.
• Own the technical architecture of the revenue stack with a focus on Channel & Partner Operations , including Experience Cloud / Partner Communities , to enable partner‑driven growth.

We would be the perfect match if you

• Have 2‑4 years of experience in RevOps or SalesOps within a SaaS/B2B environment.
• Strong Salesforce expertise (mandatory) , with experience in Experience Cloud , Partner Communities , a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with RevOps systems , automation, and building scalable technical solutions.
• A data‑driven mindset , with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and exposure to BI tools.
• A passion for process design, automation, and operational excellence across the GTM funnel.
• The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Solid understanding of SaaS GTM metrics and revenue drivers.
• Alignment with our values and fluency in English (German is a plus).
